The KUUB Secretariat invites applications from students enrolled at KUUB member universities to join its Internship Programme. This is a unique opportunity to gain practical experience in international engagement, institutional collaboration, and project coordination while contributing to initiatives that strengthen partnerships across the Borneo region.
🔎 Key Responsibilities
* Support the day-to-day operations of the KUUB Secretariat.
* Assist with international partnerships and strategic collaborations.
* Prepare and manage official documents and reports.
* Contribute to KUUB’s digital platforms and social media presence.
* Assist in coordinating programmes, projects, meetings, and events.
🎓 Preferred Backgrounds
* International Relations or related disciplines (highly preferred)
* Management, Human Resource Management, or related disciplines
* Corporate Communication, Media, Communication Studies, or related disciplines
💡 Additional Requirements
* Basic proficiency in digital tools and online collaboration platforms
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
